About Me

I am product director at Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO).   I am the product owner for IllinoisLegalAid.org and manage our team of three remote software engineers and scrummaster as well as our on-site User Experience Research Coordinator and work collaboratively with our program director, content director, partners & other stakeholders to determine and implement our technical roadmap.  

I served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Legal Services National Technology Assistance Project while it was a nonprofit coorporation (it has since become a project of Northwest Justice Project).  I have a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and supporting concentration in Computer Science from Angelo State University and a J.D. from DePaul University's College of Law.
